Home Caring Pascoe Vale is led by Merina Gautam, a Registered Nurse with over 12 years’ experience in aged care and disability care. Merina has had a number of different roles in direct care, including care manager and clinical care coordinator. She has worked with NDIS participants in residential care, helping them move out of aged care homes so they can live in the community, as they choose.
Merina is passionate about continuity of care and putting the person’s needs first. She enjoys working with clients, their loved ones, and other health professionals, and believes seeing someone improve their quality of life is the best reward.
We get to know the client’s personality, background, interest, likes and dislikes and match clients with most suitable staff. We make sure we provide consistent care from the same staff.
